I love finding old pieces of furniture and bringing them to life. I have lots of ‘garbage’ at home that just waiting to be renovated. Tables, chairs, armchairs… wooden pallets waiting to be painted with the stencils.
This time I had restored a small chest of drawers that I found on the local ads website. It was almost almost free – I guess the owner just wanted to get rid of it or dump it altogether. None else wanted it so I got it for just a tenner. I have bought some white water base paint, funky ceramic knobs, painting tools and started my project. Oh – sandpaper as well! we cant forget about that – otherwise the paint will not stick π
This is how my old chest of drawers it looked originally, before I renovated it.
And this is how it looks now.
